2025 has hit the ground running and we have a lot planned! We started our year in February with the enormous convention called MegaCon Orlando. We had a phenomenal time partnering with the Victim Service Center of Central Florida again and we were able to help them raise awareness of their services for victims of crime or assault. We also helped raise $1,115 over the 4-day convention! The Victim Service Center was able to interact with over 400+ con attendees that visited our table, offering their services which can be found here for those who are curious or in need of assistance: https://victimservicecenter.org/
We updated our convention booth layout for optimal game play with numerous tables and had the best time! We had a successful weekend of making new friends and new memories and new winners! We had a lot of new players and those returning for the fun and glory. We had some players that were confident enough to help our new players learn and we appreciate them taking time to do so. Thank you for sharing your passion and energy for the game! A special thank you to our volunteers that helped with setup, breakdown, dealing, and more that weekend! You all are the backbone of our events and we couldn’t do these events without your support! That convention was non-stop game play & fun but it definitely took a lot of work and planning prior to make it as successful as it was. In other exciting news, our National Tournament season has begun! We have some lucky players already on our board from across the country! We have in-person & online sabacc gamers that have started earning championship points. Our prizes are yet to be revealed but they’re sure to be grand! Our 2025 tournament season will run from February 1st - November 30th. Winners will be announced in December!

This event will be an immersive experience with music, specialty in-universe drinks (provided by Conduit), and we will host a cosplay contest!
